    Team Managers are pivotal to this and we are looking for someone with brilliant people skills, care for the customer, outstanding claims knowledge, who is adaptable to a constant changing environment and who really wants to make a difference to their team and the department by leading from the front.

    Job Responsibilities:

    The Customer

    ·         Ensure your team are delivering exceptional claims service

    ·         To bring new ideas forward to perfect the customer journey

    ·         To be the voice of the customer

    ·         Handle complaints effectively and correctly

    The Team

    ·         To focus on developing a great working environment for your team

    ·         To develop and improve your Claims Associates

    ·         Monitors Claims Associates’ workload and performance

    ·         Approves payment and reserve requests for Claims Associates

    ·         Assists Claims Associates’ with complicated claims

    ·         Completes all necessary administrative tasks for their team

    Qualifications:

    ·         Be approachable, helpful and the want for others to succeed

    ·         Be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills

    ·         Have a strong focus on quality

    ·         Minimum of 2 years claims handling experience

    ·         Adaptability and willingness to learn

    ·         Care for the company and the customers

    ·         An appetite to develop adjusters and team leads

    ·         Leadership and motivational skills
